Rockwell's executive management team has significant experience in financial, engineering and investment management, as well as oil and gas expertise to evaluate and profitably manage the risk and rewards inherent in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Abercrombie is a professional management executive who has over twenty five years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Abercrombie has degrees in Business Management, Marketing/Finance and studies in Petroleum Engineering and Geology. He has held key management positions with Natural Resources Group, a subsidiary division of W.R. Grace Companies. He has also owned and managed his own drilling and well servicing companies, and oil & gas production companies in Oklahoma, Kansas and
Texas. He has managed the drilling and remedial workover operations, acquisitions and investments in several hundred oil and gas properties in his petroleum industry career.

Mr. Shindler has been involved in drilling, operating and exploration & production companies in the Oil & Gas industry. Mr. Shindler spent significant time in the Barnett Shale trend in North Texas, while operating a drilling/services company, overseeing the drilling of the first horizontal Marble Falls well ever, drafting AFE’s, and negotiating contracts with service companies, pipelines and oil gatherers to bring
the product to market . The company owned and operated one drilling rig, a workover rig, vacuum trucks, bulldozers and other oil field related equipment. This knowledge coupled with a background in exploration & production has proved invaluable.
Additionally, Mr. Shindler has assisted in raising funds for various drilling programs in South Texas, South Louisiana and North Texas.
Most recently, Mr. Shindler was instrumental in securing a buyer for over $100M in a Coalbed Methane gas and pipeline company with
over 140,000 acres of CBM acreage. Prior to this, Mr. Shindler was a principal in River Point Gas, LLC, a gas marketing company with
over $450,000/month in revenues for over 21 consecutive months. He was responsible for the eventual sale of River Point Gas to
Trammo Petroleum, a subsidiary of Transammonia, Inc. – the 7th largest company in New York.
With his knowledge of bringing gas to market, negotiating gas marketing contracts, pipelines, drilling and workover procedures,
Mr. Shindler brings a wealth of knowledge to the oil & gas industry.

Founded in 1989 JSI Interests is a private holding company for real estate and oil and gas investments primarily on the Texas Gulf Coast.
